講座の概要
薬剤部は薬剤師の集団であり，臨床薬学的研究が行われている。
Clinical pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacodynamicsや特殊製剤による医薬品の新規投与法の開発などがテーマとなっている。
薬剤部の日常業務ではtherapeutic drug monitoring （TDM） が行われている。Clinical pharmacodynamicsでは生体内の生理活性ペプチドを指標とする薬効解析に力を入れている。
Outline of Department
The Pharmacy Department consists of a group of pharmacists
who perform research in the clinical pharmaceutical
sciences. Clinical pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacodynamics,
and newly created pharmacotherapies using new
drug preparations are the main areas of research. Therapeutic
drug monitoring (TDM) forms a routine daily research
project. As for clinical pharmacodynamics, analysis of drug
action by monitoring bioactive peptides is emphasized.
