１．研究目標

　（１）免疫組織化学的・分子生物学的手法を用いた質の高い診断病理学を目指す．

　（２）迅速に研究結果を発表し，その成果を臨床の場に還元する．

　（３）大学院生には，診断病理学以外の基礎的研究も自由に行える場を提供する．

３．現状の評価

　講座を担当して２年であるが，論文数と質は上向きにある．大学院生の数も増えているので，これ以上の向上が期待できる。しかし，研究結果が出てから発表までに時間が掛かり過ぎている。

４．将来の改善改革に向けた方策

　やりがいのある質の高い研究テーマを探す事が第一である。迅速な研究発表に関しては，当人の資質もあるので何とも言えないが，より厳しく指導していきたい。
