留学支援制度について
当院では、平成25年度より、職員による国際学会発表や、短期・長期留学をサポートする留学支援制度が開始されました。本制度は、職員を海外で修練させることにより、優れた研究者・医療者としての人材育成のほか、修得した最先端技術の本学への還元、地域医療への貢献を図るものであります。なお、技術職員である薬剤師も対象にしており、国際舞台での活躍を後押しする非常に魅力的な制度です。当院薬剤部もこの制度を利用し、国際学会発表を行っております。
