Patient's right
- The personal dignity is esteemed, and a good quality medical treatment can be received impartially.
- After an enough explanation is received about the sickness and the inspection and treatment, etc., and it undestands, the method of treatment etc. can select agreement or the refusal by an own intention.
- The giving information of my diagnosis and treatment record can be requested in accordance with the rule of the our hospital.
- Individual information in the diagnosis and treatment is defended, and privacy is maximum esteemed.
- It can be refused to become the cooperator of the student teaching and the research.
- When the medical practice is selected, other medical institutions can be selected.
- Other medical treatment people's opinions (second opinion) of the diagnosis and the method of treatment can be requested.
- I will support it for making it to physically handicapped one and the foreigner.
Children's patient rights

Request for Reduction of Overwork for Hospital Employees
In order to reduce overwork of hospital employees, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the following matters:
- Medical staff members are required to provide explanations and answer questions about medical conditions and procedures during working hours (weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm).
- Inquiries and explanations from medical professionals are generally given during working hours, and the same explanation or consultation will not be given more than once unless absolutely necessary. However, if you do not fully understand the explanation, please do not hesitate to ask questions.
- On weekends, holidays and weekday evenings, the doctor on duty will be responsible for taking over for your usual doctor. Please be assured that the doctor on duty will provide appropriate medical care in close contact with your usual doctor as needed.
