　◆表彰　学生表彰

2026年3月3日　学生表彰式が開催されました 　3月3日、学長室において学生表彰式が開催され、優れた成果を挙げた学生が表彰されました。 　当講座に昨年配属された医学科4年生の田邊映斗さんは、西日本医学生学術フォーラム2025（2025年12月20日、三重県総合文化センターにて開催）において研究成果をオーラル発表し、「口頭発表優秀賞」を受賞しました（→この記事を読む）。この功績が評価され、今回の表彰となりました。
また同表彰式では、同フォーラムで「ポスター発表最優秀賞」を受賞した川部梨々香さん（生理学講座・花田礼子教授）、西日本医科学生総合体育大会の空手道競技で優勝した新田里紗さん（顧問：松浦教授）、さらに九州・山口医科学生体育大会のウインドサーフィン大学対抗戦で優勝した田中拓海さん、石原優汰さん（顧問：松本准教授）もあわせて表彰されました。 　表彰式では、北野正剛学長より表彰状が授与され、祝辞が述べられました。当日は、尾田理事、渡邉理事、古賀副学長、猪股医学部長をはじめ、多くの教員が出席し、受賞者の功績を称えました。 式後には、学長を囲んで懇談の場が設けられ、和やかな雰囲気の中で交流が行われました。当講座としては、昨年の西日本医学生学術フォーラム2024における山本くんの受賞および学生表彰に続き、2年連続での栄誉ある成果となりました。

Student Awards Ceremony Held on March 3, 2026 　 On March 3, a student awards ceremony was held in the President’s Office to honor students who achieved outstanding accomplishments. Eito Tanabe, a fourth-year medical student assigned to our department last year, received the Excellent Oral Presentation Award at the West Japan Medical Students Academic Forum 2025 (held on December 20, 2025, at the Mie Center for the Arts) for his research presentation. In recognition of this achievement, he was honored at the ceremony. Other awardees included Ririka Kawabe (Department of Physiology, supervised by Professor Reiko Hanada), who received the Best Poster Presentation Award at the same forum; Risa Nitta (Advisor: Professor Matsuura), who won first place in karate at the West Japan Medical Students General Sports Competition; and Takumi Tanaka and Yuta Ishihara (Advisor: Associate Professor Matsumoto), who won the intercollegiate windsurfing competition at the Kyushu–Yamaguchi Medical Students Sports Tournament. During the ceremony, Seigo Kitano, President of Oita University, presented certificates of commendation to the awardees and delivered congratulatory remarks. The event was attended by many faculty members, including Board Members Oda and Watanabe, Vice President Koga, Dean Inomata of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Matsuura, Professor Hanada, Professor Kobayashi, Associate Professor Matsumoto, and Associate Director Ii of the Student Support Division. Following the ceremony, a reception was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where the students gathered around the President and enjoyed informal conversation. For our department, this marks the second consecutive year of distinguished achievement, following last year’s award and recognition of Mr. Yamamoto at the West Japan Medical Students Academic Forum 2024.
