The dynamic operation takes longer than the static one, but if your palsy is severe, you may need to have these kind of operation.
At first, we graft your sural nerve to your normal facial nerve branch. Then we wait the signal of the nerve reaches to the affected side.
At the second operation, we graft your gracilis muscle to affected side and make an anastomosis between nerve of the muscle side to the sural nerve(figure2).
