At the In-patient Information desk, we provide information regarding hospital life and help you prepare for your upcoming admission.

1st Floor Outpatient Hall Located in front of the Automatic Payment Machines

We have a support system in place to assist patients and their families with any concerns or questions.

If you would like a consultation, please visit the "Patient Consultation Counter."

2nd Floor, Central Clinical Building (Next to the shop)

Inpatients: Up to 3 books can be borrowed.

Outpatients: Books are for in-room viewing only (no checkout).

Location: Beside the After-Hours Entrance

The Security Office provides patient information, visitor assistance, and security services during weekends, holidays, and after-hours. To receive a parking discount after-hours, please use the "Parking Discount Machine" located inside the Security Office.

Bank cards (cash cards) are accepted.

You can make deposits and withdrawals with your card, but bank transfers are not available.

Using "Yu-Pack" (postal parcel service) is a convenient way to send your belongings home when you are discharged.

Medical certificate forms for Kampo Life Insurance are available here.

Central Medical Building, 1st Floor

Our services include standard barbershop/salon menus, and we welcome patients in wheelchairs or those receiving IV drips. We also offer bedside haircuts in patient rooms, advice on hair care for side effects (such as from chemotherapy), and information on various care products.

2nd Floor, Central Clinical Building

We offer healthy meals featuring seasonal ingredients from Oita.

You can check your consultation turn for each department inside the restaurant, allowing you to enjoy your meal without any worry.

Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Weekends & Holidays: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Daily items are available for purchase.

Some items (such as "raku-nomi" nursing cups, T-binders, etc.) can be purchased from the vending machines.

Accommodations for Attendants (Extra Beds): Rental beds for family or attendants are available. Please complete the application at the counter between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on weekdays.
