Cafeteria and Day Rooms (Visiting Rooms)
- Depending on your medical condition, you may also use the cafeteria for your meals.
- The cafeteria also serves as a visiting area. Please use the cafeteria in your own ward for visits, as staff may need to contact you or your visitors.
- If you need hot water, please use the hot water dispenser. Please be careful as the water is very hot.
- Vending machines are available in the cafeteria of each ward.
- Microwave ovens are available for use whenever the cafeteria is open.
- Please separate your trash and place it in the designated bins. Cans, bottles, plastics, and food waste must be disposed of in the specific containers located in the cafeteria and washrooms.
- Trash in the bedside bins will be collected daily by cleaning staff.
Bathing Rules
- Please take your bath in order during the designated ward hours.
- The bathroom floors are slippery. Please be careful to avoid falls.
- For your safety, please do not lock the door from the inside while bathing.
- Be cautious of "Heat Shock."
- Avoid bathing immediately after a meal.
- If the changing area is cold, wait until it warms up.
- Fill the bathtub with water before undressing.
- Set the water temperature to 41°C or lower.
- Turn off the faucet before entering the bathtub.
- Limit your time in the bathtub to within 10 minutes.
※If you feel unwell, press the nurse call button immediately.
※Staff may call out to you through the door to confirm your safety.
What is "Heat Shock"?
Heat Shock refers to the physical shock caused by sudden changes in temperature, such as moving from a warm room to a cold room. Rapid fluctuations in blood pressure are considered a major cause of bathing-related accidents.
Hospital Gowns & Bedding

Hospital Gowns Distribution Schedule:
July – September: 3 times a week (on designated days). Other months: 2 times a week (on designated days).
Rental Fee: 84 yen per day.
Returns: Please place used hospital gowns in the designated collection bins.
- Bed linens and bedding are changed once a week on a designated day.
Refrigerator
- To use the refrigerator, please press the "Pay" button (有料) located near the TV card slot.
Note: You can set the refrigerator for up to 30 consecutive days. Each time you press the "Pay" button (有料), one additional day of use will be added.
- Daily Fee: 100 yen / day
Television
- TV Cards: To watch TV, please purchase a TV card from the vending machines located on each floor.
Price: 1,000 yen per card.
- How to Use: Insert the card into the timer unit located under the TV and press the power button.
- Daily Maximum Charge: The maximum charge for TV use will not exceed 300 yen per day.
- Refunds: If you have a balance remaining on your card when you are discharged, you can receive a refund at the Refund Machine in the 1st Floor Outpatient Hall.
- Please use earphones when watching TV to avoid disturbing others.
Patient Wi-Fi Services
- Wi-Fi Availability: In-patient Wi-Fi is available in the wards. This service uses a portion of the hospital’s business network; therefore, connection settings are required.
- Compatibility Note: Please note that due to device compatibility, some devices (such as Android devices or gaming consoles) may not be able to connect even after completing the settings.

To use the service, please fill out the application form and submit it to "Window 3: Admission Reception" in the 1st Floor Outpatient Hall at the time of your admission.
You can also apply at the Staff Station (Nurse Station) in your ward after you have been admitted.

Laundry Room

Fees & Duration: Washing Machine: 200 yen / cycle (Approx. 40 minutes) Dryer: 100 yen / cycle (Approx. 30 minutes)
Please provide your own laundry detergent.
- Instructions for use are posted on the machines.
- Operating Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Dryer Maintenance: Please remove lint from the filter after each use. (A clogged filter will prevent the clothes from drying properly.)
Staff Station (Nurse Station)
- Staff are on duty at all times. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions or need assistance.
- To ensure that hospital operations proceed smoothly, we do not patch through external phone calls to patients except in emergencies.
- If someone calls for you, we will take a message and ask you to call them back.
