Cafeteria and visiting room
- Depending on the patient's medical condition, those who are permitted to engage in activities are invited to eat in the canteen.
- The canteen also serves as a visiting room. During visits, it may be necessary to contact the patient, so please use the canteen on the in-patient ward.
- If you need hot water, please use the water heater. Please note that the water is hot.
- Vending machines are available in the canteen of each ward.
- Please use the microwave oven when the canteen is open.

Please place rubbish in the separate bins on the wards.
Please separate and dispose of cans, bottles, plastics and food waste in the designated bins in the canteen and washrooms.
- The waste from the waste bins in the wards will be collected by the cleaners every day.
Bathroom
- Bathe in turn within the set times on the ward.
- The bathroom is a slippery place. Please be careful not to fall while bathing.
- Please do not lock the door from the inside for safety reasons.
Precautions for safe bathing
- Do not leave the hot water running.
- Set the temperature of the hot water at 38-40 °C.
- The amount of hot water should be about the height of your breasts.
- Do not spend more than 10 minutes in the bathtub.
※If you feel unwell while bathing, please notify us immediately using the call button.
※For safety reasons, we may call out to you through the door while you are bathing.
Hospital gown and bedding
- Hospital gowns distributed three times a week from July to September. Outside of those months, they will be distributed twice a week on set days of the week. The cost of a hospital gown is 84 yen per day.
- Please place used hospital gowns in the designated receptacle.
- Bedding will be changed once a week on a set day of the week.
Refrigerator
- When using the refrigerator, please press the pay button near the TV card slot. For continuous use, you can set up to 30 days.
- The usage fee is 100 yen / day
TV
- Please purchase a TV card from the ticket vending machines located on each floor.
Each card costs ¥1,000.
- Please insert the card into the timer located underneath the TV and press the power button.
- You will not be charged more than 300 yen per day.
- If you have not used up your card when you leave the hospital, you can use the adjustment machine in the outpatient hall on the first floor.
- Please use earphones when watching TV.
Patient Wi-Fi
- Wi-Fi is available to inpatients on the wards.
- Due to network security, the services available on the hospital's Wi-Fi are mainly limited to browsing websites and watching videos. Please note that some communication applications and games are restricted.
- This is not Free Wi-Fi, so you need to configure your settings before you can use it. Please note that even if you set up the connection, you may not be able to connect depending on the model, etc.
- If you wish to use this service, please apply at the admission reception or at the ward staff station.
Laundry room
- Coin-operated laundries require a washing machine: 200 yen/unit for 40 minutes and a dryer: 100 yen/unit for 30 minutes. Please bring your own detergent.
- Instructions for use are provided on the washing machine. The washing machine can be used from 7:00 to 20:00.
- Please refrain from using the washing machine and dryer early in the morning or after lights out as it may disturb other patients.
- Please remove any debris from the filter of the dryer after use (as this may cause poor drying).
Staff station
- The staff is always on duty, so please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions or need anything.
- Calls from outside are not available except in an emergency because they interfere with business operations. If you have any questions, we will tell you to call us back.
