- Due to our role as an Advanced Treatment Hospital, we care for many patients who are critically ill or have complex medical conditions. In the event of a life-threatening emergency involving any of our patients, we may make facility-wide announcements to summon medical staff, even during the night or early morning hours. We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation during these critical situations.
- Under health insurance regulations, patients admitted to our hospital are generally not permitted to seek medical consultation or treatment at other hospitals. This restriction also applies to family members visiting other hospitals on the patient's behalf. If you or your family must visit another medical institution for any reason, please consult your doctor or nurse first. Please be aware that if you visit another hospital without authorization, your health insurance may not cover the costs.
- We respect diversity in sexual orientation and gender identity. If you have any concerns or specific needs related to LGBTQ+ matters during your stay, please feel free to consult our staff. We are here to support you.
