Handling of mobile phones in the hospital
  • Since mobile phones can be a nuisance to other patients and can interfere with treatment, such as causing malfunctions in medical equipment, we have limited their use in the hospital, and such devices are generally prohibited. We ask for your understanding and cooperation concerning this matter.

  1. In the cafeteria and visiting rooms in each ward
  2. Paid private room
  3. Family waiting room (3rd floor)
  4. Lounge (2nd floor of outpatient department)
  5. Restaurant (2nd floor)
  6. Plug-in space (2nd floor)
  7. Coffee Shop (1st floor)

Notes
  • Please set your phone to silent mode at all times so that it does not ring.
  • In some cases, the hospital staff may instruct you to stop using your phone.
  • Please do not disturb other patients when using your phone.
  • If you do not follow these precautions, you may be banned from bringing your mobile phone into the hospital.

Use of the outpatient parking lot
  • As a general rule, parking in this lot is not allowed for inpatients during the period of hospitalization.
Exceptions

If parking is deemed unavoidable during your hospitalization, please inform the ward staff of your wish to be permitted to park. In this case, an "Inpatient Permit" will be issued, and you will be asked to pay the parking fee upon discharge as follows: 500 yen per day × number of parking days (no discount for possession of a Physical Disability Certificate).

Visitors
  • To determine whether or not to provide information to individuals who come to visit a patient in the hospital, we check the patient's wishes using the attached "Sympathy Information Application Form". Only individuals mentioned on this form will be given information about the patient.
    Visiting hours are from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  • Please be sure to fill out the visiting application form and receive a visitor's permit. It is valid only on the day of the visit.
  • Please inform the staff station in each ward if you wish to visit a patient.
  • For the Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology wards, the Intensive Care Unit and the Advanced Emergency Care Center, please follow the department instructions.
  • Small children are not allowed in the hospital due to the possibility of nosocomial infection.
  • Please refrain from visiting in large groups, as it may inconvenience other patients in the hospital.
  • Depending on the patient's condition, visitors may not be allowed.
  • Please refrain from visiting the clinic after hours.
  • Individuals with a fever, diarrhea or poor health are asked to please refrain from visiting patients, as they may unwittingly infect the patients.
  • Please refrain from sending fresh flowers as a gift.
  • ※Patients are asked to inform their family, friends and colleagues of the above information.

Chaperone
  • A nurse will take care of you during your stay in the hospital, so you do not need an escort. However, depending on your condition, a family member may accompany you if the doctor in charge and ward manager deem it necessary.

Security cameras
  • Please note that security cameras are installed throughout the hospital for safety management and crime prevention purposes.

Emergency hospital announcement
  • Due to the special nature of this hospital, many critically ill patients and patients with multiple organ diseases are admitted to our facility. In the event of a life-threatening emergency for these and other patients, even at night or early in the morning, the entire hospital may be alerted in order to summon the hospital staff to respond as a whole.
